The Bellevue Hotel in Cesky Krumlov had two redeeming qualities that stood out during my stay. the room had a beautiful view of the inner garden, which added a sense of tranquility and peacefulness to the stay. the bathroom was equipped with both a tub and a shower, providing options for guests who prefer either bath or shower. These features made the overall experience a bit more enjoyable.
The database did not adequately prepare me for the poor quality of the beds in the standard room. They were uncomfortable and lacked proper support, which made it challenging to get a good night's sleep.

near the town center, just couple of meters from the castle entrance, cosy style of the building and the room

The hotel was in a very central location close to the major attractions. I had some drinks at Hostinec Depo, positioned 200 feet away. I greatly enjoyed the outstanding food: )

The staff team was professional and really helpful at any time. The location in a pedestrian area was the best and peaceful and there were a market and stores nearby. Cesky Krumlov City-Centre district was worth staying in.

The reception staff tried to provide a friendly reception and make the stay comfortable, however viewing the deficiencies of the hotel over all, this was an insurmountable task.
The photos posted don’t correspond to reality. The outside appearance and reception are not reflecting the quality of the rooms, which are narrow, stuffy and with old fashioned furniture, paintings and curtains (and missing features like minibar, foreign language TV channels, no shampoo, etc.). There is an annex to the back which feels more like a pension than a 4* hotel. The breakfast room didn’t have space for all the guests that wanted to have their breakfast. Overall, there value provided did not match the costs of the stay and one realises that due to Cesky Krumlov's popularity, this hotel can get away with providing a less than decent service for more than average costs.

Tiny bedrooms, barely space to walk around. Definitely not 4 Star Hotel.

The spacious rooms overlook a beautiful inner garden and come with wide-open windows and a complimentary bottle of champagne, all in a fantastic location near the bustling historic center.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of town, just a few minutes' walk from many attractions and a fabulous restaurant. the spacious luxury suite had a fabulous bathroom and the staff provided excellent service. Breakfast was awesome, with a lot of variety to choose from.
There was no elevator available, which made it hard to carry luggage up the flight of stairs.

Great breakfast and friendly staff. The hotel is in the heart of the city. You can walk to almost any attraction. the hotel offers parking nearby.
The check-in staff wasn't very warm and welcoming. The room lacked air conditioning, and the fan provided wasn't enough to cool the room.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel as we were upgraded to a luxurious suite without any extra charges. The suite, named Gustav, was absolutely incredible and the attention to detail was impeccable. We also took advantage of the hotel's amenities, including the tasting menu at the restaurant and indulging in massages and sauna sessions. The care and quality we experienced truly matched that of a 5-star establishment. We hope to have the opportunity to visit Bellevue Hotel again in the future. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly enjoyable stay.
